Unveil the Unseen started as a transmedia project for Media Lab 2 of BA Media and Creative Industries at the University of Warwick, aiming to raise awareness of gender-based violence and give survivors a platform to share their stories safely and creatively. It became a two-part exhibition featuring 6 documentaries on individual survivor stories, 3 podcast episodes about workplace support and 2 zine editions featuring community submissions on survivor experiences, in collaboration with Survivor Sanctuary Coventry. The project saw over 100 attendees across the 2 exhibitions.
The first exhibition in May 2024, part of an assessed module for the second year of Warwick's BA Media and Creative Industries, included 3 documentaries and the first issue of the Reclaim zine. Its success led to a proposal from the module convenor and Survivor Sanctuary to have a second exhibition in November 2024. It also caught the attention of local authorities and led to the reinvestigation of a case included in the project.
I curated and designed the Reclaim zine, which took submissions from survivors. The zine is available digitally on Issuu.
I co-directed and assisted in filming the documentary series including 12- and 15-minute films about two individual survivor accounts and a short video about Survivor Sanctuary Coventry. The videos are currently unavailable online due to the ongoing investigation.
I co-produced the final exhibition featuring documentary screenings, printed zines, a display of survivors' responses to an anonymous survey, and a collaborative art project. It took place in the Faculty of Arts Building at the University of Warwick on 15 May 2024.

The second exhibition took place on 13 November 2024 in the Faculty of Arts Building and featured works from the first event as well as 3 new documentaries, a podcast series consisting of 3 episodes, and a second issue of Reclaim zine. I was in charge of curating and designing the zine as well as hosting and editing the podcasts.
